128 bit encryption is required in Internet Explorer (not firefox or other browsers). Please make sure it is enabled by doing the following:

• Set "Enable protected mode"

You can get to the "enable protected mode" checkbox in Internet Explorer 8 by:

1. Open Internet Explorer

2. Click Tools

3. Click Internet Options

4. Click the Security tab

5. The check box will be under the slider for the level of security

Note: If you have a website as "Trusted" then you have to enable protected mode for trusted sites as well if you want them to be encrypted.
